SISTEMA DE PRODUCCIÓN DE AGUA CALIENTE PARA PLANTA QUIMICA

Descripción: Sistema de calefacción de agua compuesto por cuatro calentadores de vapor y el tanque donde se realizará la inyección y mezcla del vapor con el agua produciendo agua caliente. Estos calentadores tienen un diseño interno que permite la inyección directa de vapor de una manera suave, evitando vibraciones, golpes de ariete, etc. así como favoreciendo la mezcla y homogeneización en el depósito. El sistema ha sido fabricado íntegramente en AISI-316L. EQUIREPSA suministra todos sus equipos junto con la documentación técnica correspondiente (planos de conjunto, certificados de materiales y manual de instalación e instrucciones de servicio).
Capacidad: Inyección de unos 1500 kg/h de vapor a 4 barg (saturado) para calentamiento de agua hasta 80 ºC en un depósito de 3 m³.
Suministro: Diseño y fabricación del sistema completo, incluyendo los ensayos y pruebas requeridos, así como toda la documentación técnica correspondiente.

Equipment for auxiliary services in chemical plants.

Description: Heating system for water comprised by four steam heaters and the tank where steam injection and mixing will be carried out producing warm water. These steam heaters are specifically designed in order to facilitate direct injection of steam in a soft way, preventing vibrations, water hammer, etc. and also improving mixing and homogenization within the tank. The system has been manufactured fully in AISI-316L

EQUIREPSA supplies all its equipment with the corresponding technical documentation (general drawings, material certificates and installation, operation & user manual).
Capacity: Injection a total amount about 1500 kg/h of steam at 4 barg (saturated) for heating water up to 80ºC in a tank of 3 m³.
Supply: Design and Manufacturing of the full system, including all required tests and the corresponding technical documentation.
