Hybrid Vacuum System for Edible Oil Bleaching Plant in continuous service, comprised by:
- Mixing type Pre-Condenser.
- First stage Ejector.
- Secondary Mixing Condenser.
- Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump.
EQUIREPSA designs and supplies customized equipment, including technical data sheet, general arrangement and assembly drawings, material certificates, installation manual and operating instructions for easy installation at customer´s premises.
Capacity:
Suction pressure: 60 Torr (80 mbar abs).
Suction flowrate: 367 kg/h steam + 15 kg/h air + 3 kg/h fatty acids.
Suction temperature: 100ºC.
Cooling water temperature: 33ºC (max.).
Motive steam pressure: 8 bar g (dry saturated) (min.).
Supply:
Main Equipments: Ejector, Barometric Condensers, Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump + Separator Tank mounted in skid with valves, instrumentation and interconnecting piping.
