Vacuum System for extraction of a mixture of steam and air from a Condenser in a Pulp & Paper Plant.
EQUIREPSA designs and supplies customized equipment, including thermal and fluid-dynamic design, general arrangement drawing of each component, group assebly drawing, material certificates, installation manual and operating instructions for easy assembly at customer´s premises.

Suction pressure: 0,126 kg/cm2 abs.
Suction flow: 421 kg/h steam + 350 kg/h air.
Suction temperature: 42ºC.
Cooling water temperature: 30ºC (max.).
Motive steam pressure: 12,35 kg/cm2 abs (dry saturated) (min.).
Supply:
Main equipment: Ejectors in SS304L, Shell and Tube Surface Condensers in SS304L (process side) and carbon steel (cooling water side).
