Vacuum Hybrid System with Ejectors & Pump, cooled with Glicolated Chilled Water for an Edible Oil Deodorizing Plant in continuos service.
EQUIREPSA designs and supplies customized equipment, including thermal and fluid-dynamic design, general arrangement drawings of each component, group assembly drawing, material certificates, installation manual and operating instructions for easy assembly at customer´s premises.

Suction flow: 167 kg/h steam + 10 kg/h air + 3,2 kg/h fatty acids.
Suction temperature: 70ºC.
Cooling water temperature: 5ºC (max.).
Motive steam pressure: 9,3 bar g (dry saturated) (min.).

Main equipments: Boosters and Ejectors in carbon steel with nozzle in SS304, Barometric Condensers in stainless steel SS304 and Complete Vacuum Pump Skid with LRVP in cast iron, separator, cooler, valves , instruments, piping and baseframe.
