Vacuum System with Ejectors for Edible Oil Bleaching plant in continuous service using Shell and tube Condensers to keep the cooling water and the cooling tower free from fatty matter pollution.
EQUIREPSA designs and supplies customized equipment, including thermal and fluid-dynamic design, general arrangement drawings of each component, group assembly drawing, material certificates, installation manual and operating instructions for easy assembly at customer´s premises.

Suction Pressure: 80 mbar abs.
Suction Flow: 878 kg/h steam + 10,2 kg/h air + 3 kg/h fatty acids.
Suction Temperature: 100ºC.
Cooling water temperature: 32ºC (max.).
Motive steam pressure: 9,31 bar g (dry saturated) (min.).
Supply:
Main Equipments: Ejectors in carbon steel, with nozzles in SS304. Surface Condensers type “Clean Water” in carbon steel, with tubes in SS304.
