Description:
Hybrid Vacuum System with Ejectors and Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump for Edible Oil Deodorization Plant in continuous service using mixing (direct contact) condensers and chilled water.
EQUIREPSA designs and supplies customized equipment, including thermal and fluid-dynamic design, general arrangement drawings of each component, group assembly drawing, material certificates, installation manual and operating instructions for easy assembly at customer´s premises.
Capacity:
Suction Pressure: 2 mbar abs.
Suction Flow: 80 kg/h steam + 4 kg/h air + 1 fatty acids.
Suction Temperature: 80ºC.
Cooling water temperature: 4ºC (max.).
Motive steam pressure: 8 bar g (dry saturated) (min).
Supply:
Main Equipment: Boosters (Ejectors) in carbon steel, with nozzle in SS304. Mixing Condensers in carbon steel, with water nozzle in SS316. Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump completely in stainless steel SS304.
