Mechanical Desuperheater for getting boilers desuperheated steam in a power plant.
Materials: Carbon Steel with water nozzles in AISI316.
EQUIREPSA designs and supplies customized equipment including technical documentation: Datasheets, general arrangement drawing of each equipment, general arrangement drawing of the whole unit, mechanical calculation, welding dossier, materials certificates and user manual with instructions for installation and operation.

Superheated steam flowrate: 120000 kg/h.
Water flowrate: 3840 kg/h.
Inlet steam temperature: 315ºC.
Outlet steam temperature: 280ºC.

Main equipment: Mechanical Desuperheater with water nozzles. Desuperheater includes flanges for connection to steam and water pipes.
