1 Steam Syphon and 1 Water Eductor for pits emptying in a chemical industrial plant.
Syphon materials: Completely AISI316L.
Eductor materials: CS with internals lining in PTFE and motive nozzle in PTFE.
EQUIREPSA designs and supplies customized equipment including technical documentation: Datasheets, general arrangement drawing of each equipment, welding dossier, materials certificates and user manual with instructions for installation and operation.
Syphon capacity:
Water flowrate to be evacuated: 1000 kg/h.
Suction pressure: -0,3 barg
Suction temperature: 20ºC.
Motive fluid: Steam at 6 barg (dry saturated).
Eductor capacity:
H2SO4 (98%) flowrate to be evacuated: 2630 kg/h.
Suction pressure: -0,4 barg.
Suction temperature: 20ºC.
Motive fluid: Water at 7 barg and 20ºC.
Supply:
Syphon and Eductor. Equipment include flanges for connection to motive fluid, suction and discharge.
