Vacuum Hybrid System with Ejectors and Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump for Fish Oil Deodorization Plant in continuous service using mixing (direct contact) condensers and chilled water.
EQUIREPSA designs and supplies customized equipment, including noise attenuation and fluid-dynamic design, general arrangement drawing, material certificates, installation, and manual and operating instructions for easy installation at customer´s premises.
Capacity:
Suction Pressure: 0.5 mbar abs.
Suction Flow: 17 kg/h steam + 9 kg/h air + 4 fatty acids.
Suction Temperature: 80ºC.
Cooling water temperature: 5ºC (max.).
Motive steam pressure: 10 bar g (dry saturated) (min).
Supply:
Main Equipments: Boosters and Ejector in carbon steel, with nozzle in SS304. Mixing Condensers in SS304. Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump completely in stainless steel SS316.
