Two Stages Vacuum System with Steam Ejectors and Shell and Tube Condensers for a fertilizers plant.
This Vacuum System is comprised by:
- First Stage Ejector.
- Shell and Tube Intercondenser.
- Second Stage Ejector.
- Shell and Tube Aftercondenser.
Materials: Completely in stainless steel AISI304L.
EQUIREPSAdesigns and supplies customized equipment including technical documentation: Datasheets, general arrangement drawing of each equipment, general arrangement drawing of the whole unit, mechanical calculation, welding dossier, materials certificates and user manual with instructions for installation and operation.

Suction flowrate: 51 kg/h of air + steam.
Suction pressure: 120 mbar abs.
Supply:
Main equipment: Steam Ejectors and Shell and Tube Condensers assembled in skid including interconnecting piping and a control valve with bypass and its own piping for vacuum regulation.
