Vacuum Hybrid System with Ejector and Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump for an Ethoxylation Plant in continuous service using Shell and tube Condenser to keep the cooling water and the cooling tower free from pollution.
EQUIREPSA designs and supplies customized equipment, including noise attenuation and fluid-dynamic design, general arrangement drawing, material certificates, installation, and manual and operating instructions for easy installation at customer´s premises.
Capacity:
Suction Pressure: 25 mbar abs.
Suction Flow: 8.5 kg/h steam + 9.5 kg/h nitrogen.
Suction Temperature: 130ºC.
Cooling water temperature: 25ºC (max.).
Motive steam pressure: 8 bar g (dry saturated) (min.).
Supply:
Main Equipments: Ejector in carbon steel, with nozzle in SS304. Surface Condenser type “Clean Water” in SS304. Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump in cast iron with impeller and shaft in stainless steel.
